Josh & Suzanne’s Winter Wedding
The highest happiness on earth is marriage.
-William Lyon Phelps
When Suzanne asked us if we’d be interested in shooting her wedding, there was a sense of excitement and trepidation. Her & Josh’s special day came with great speed and as the sun dawned that morning and we noticed the snow-covered grounds, we knew this was going to be a wedding to remember.
Suzanne was a beautiful bride – her smile was so big and her eyes shining as she made her way down the isle to the man who would make her his wife. Josh was the sweetest of grooms – I nearly cried when I saw his emotional smile as Suzanne made her way towards him.
One thing that we were certain about this wedding was that the everything about it was beautiful. From the beautiful shades Suzanne chose as her wedding colors, to the smiling faces in the wedding party, to the food that graced the tales, to the bride and groom themselves. There is nothing more wonderful then taking photos of people who are truly happy and full of love. Shooting this wedding was a privilege - and one that will not soon be forgotten.
So without further ado, here are some select shots of their special day.

Lovely photos, dears!!
Another great shoot!
BEAUTIFUL! Where was the reception? It seems like it’s rare to actually have decent lighting at a reception, but your photos look really nice!
Her dress was so pretty!
Great job, girls!!!
These look great, ladies!
Thank you so much!
It was freeeeezing outside (in the teens) so it was difficult to get a lot of outdoor shots (which tend to be better.) but we worked with what we could!
Kathryn, The reception was at a small place near our Church (Freedom Hall) – it had these huge windows in the front which let in a LOT of light, plus it was magic hour when we got there so it just lit up the room beautifully! We were so pleased!!
Love all of the pictures!! You guys did a great job!
Thank you so much, Matthew!
Very cute couple! Great job on the pictures.
